Finding employees is often difficult and finding great employees is a major challenge. One solution is better cooperation between companies and higher education institutions, incl. work-based learning. The seminar will present best practices both from Estonia and abroad and from the point of view of companies and universities. In the second part of the seminar, everyone will have a chance to discuss how to build the best possible employees for the company through workplace-based learning.
