Call by Rector of the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences
I invite the entire family of our school, students, master students and personnel to participate in the joint #StayHomeChallenge of the community of the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
The goal of this challenge is to develop your creativity and keep your mind and body active during this state of emergency period. The competition begins today, as there is nothing holding us back!
The challenge could be either physical or creative. For example: I do 20 push-ups every day, I run/walk every day (e.g. 5 km), I draw one drawing of nature every day, I learn 20 foreign language words every day, I try out a new dinner recipe or bake a cake for my family every day, etc. It is important that the chosen activity suits you, is guided by your desires/capabilities and that you do it EVERY DAY for your own benefit of that of others. As this is a challenge, the activity could be something that pushes you a bit out of your comfort zone and is even funny. The goal is to sustain a positive mood and survive this state of emergency together!
Each challenge participant registers himself or herself for the challenge HERE.
A participant sends a photo/video of his or her challenge at least twice a week, saving the photo/video with his or her full name and date HERE. The University’s marketing department may use your photos/videos, upon your prior consent, to share on the social media channels of the school.
The challenge will end when the state of emergency ends.
No later than a week after the end of the challenge, a committee of three students and two employees will choose the three most interesting and witty participants of the joint challenge who will receive surprise awards.
All participants will be awarded a plaque of recognition signed by the Rector.
Let us be healthy and we hope for your active participation!
