Ülemiste City announces a thesis scholarship competition for the development of a future campus!
The competition is open to Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (EUAS) bachelor’s and master’s students who wish to combine the pleasant with the useful and make their contribution into actually shaping working and living environments. The competition is on thesis topics presented by Ülemiste City in the scholarship statute. Theses may be submitted individually or as a team. This is a cooperation project in which the Ülemiste City team will help the candidates to reach innovative and practical results which support the development of Ülemiste City as a smart campus.
The scholarship is funded from the Ülo Pärnits Scholarship Fundwhich supports business education. The aim of the Fund is to promote life-long and practical studies and to support research related to developing Ülemiste City as a future city. Ülo Pärnits was a long-standing head of AS Mainor and the creator of Ülemiste City.

"Mobility as a Service – challenges and solutions at Ülemiste City"
"Building innovation – new building possibilities of a future city’ – e.g. ‘A tool for the Ülemiste City campus for preparing financial estimates for the life cycle of buildings".
The scholarship award fund is 10,000 euros which is distributed as follows:
An individual thesis of a bachelor’s student 1,500 euros
A thesis of a team of bachelor’s students 2,500 euros
An individual thesis of a master’s student 2,500 euros
A thesis of a team of master’s students 3,500 euros
In order to participate in the competition, students have to meet the following requirements:
Matriculated at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences
A good weighted average grade
The existence of an academic thesis supervisor; it is the student’s responsibility to find a supervisor from amongst the academic staff of Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
