This extraordinary year has posed unprecedented challenges and will change the way we behave, learn, innovate and conduct business. Despite the fact that big life changing events inevitably reshape our long-term thinking, values and behaviours, there is also the danger of becoming stuck. Time will tell how much change we will see and what those changes will actually be. But seeing as the future starts in times of crisis, let’s roll up our sleeves and try to help by sharing best practices.
