Mainor Business School was awarded first place in the category of middle-sized enterprises in the Estonian Management Quality Award contest. Estonian Management Quality Award Contest has been carried out in Estonia since 2001. This year 11 best Estonian organizations (Elcoteq Tallinn AS, Enics Eesti AS, Express Post AS, Mainor Business School, Elisa Eesti AS, Fein-Elast Estonia OÜ, Jüri Gümnaasium, Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla AS, Regio AS, Tallinna Sotsiaaltöö Keskus and SA Viljandi Haigla) participated in the contest.
The objective of the contest is to get the organizations pay attention to the development of management quality and to give State level recognition to the successful organizations, applying EFQM Excellence Model and EFQM 2005+ assessment methodology

The winner of Estonian Quality Management Award Contest in the category of middle-sized enterprises was Mainor Business School and in the category of large enterprises, Enics Eesti AS. The recognition for the best public sector organization was given to Tallinna Sotsiaaltöö Keskus.
At the gala, held on September 7, 2010 in Estonia Concert Hall, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and Tiia Tammaru, Chairwoman of Estonian Association of Quality, gave the awards and certificates to the best organizations.
The enterprises were also awarded titles “Excellently Managed Organization" and “Well Managed Organization”.
The title “Excellently Managed Organization” is given to the organizations where the quality of management and results correspond to at least 40% of the characteristics of an ideal organization. This title was given in 2010 to Mainor Business School, Elcoteq Tallinn AS, Enics Eesti AS and Express Post AS.
The title “Well Managed Organization” is given to the organizations where the quality of management and results correspond to at least 30-40% of the characteristics of an ideal organization. This title was given in 2010 to Elisa Eesti AS, Fein-Elast Estonia OÜ, Jüri Gümnaasium, Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla AS, Regio AS and Tallinna Sotsiaaltöö Keskus.
